You shall have the right to use and share any photos SLO Photos generates on your behalf upon receipt of Payment. If you want to give them to your clients, another agent or the Dalai Lama - knock yourself out.
SLO Photos retains copyright.
Aerial imaging may not be available in all areas due to FAA rules. We will do everything possible to accommodate.
Image packages are generally delivered within two business days.
Appointment cancellations shall be made at least 24 hours prior to shoot time. Cancellations within 24 hours shall be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
We will confirm the URL with you prior to purchase. The charge for a custom domain name is NON-REFUNDABLE once approved.
In agreeing to this booking, you represent that you have the right to provide access to and solicit photography/videography services for the Property. You are solely responsible for the adequate preparation of the Property. SLO Photos recommends completion of cleaning in advance of shoot. You agree to open all window coverings in advance, and hold harmless SLO Photos for any damage that occurs resulting from SLO Photos reasonable operation of property components including, but not limited to, window coverings, doors, and screens. It is your obligation to prepare the Property to your satisfaction before the arrival of the SLO Photos, as we will shoot the Property in its actual conditions.
In no event shall SLO Photos be held liable for inadequate presentation due to property condition. You acknowledge that at least one of SLO Photos' photographers is a licensed Real Estate agent in the State of California.
